Date Pumpkin Seed Bars Recipe
Description: Chewy bars packed with dates, pumpkin seeds, and oats for a satisfying snack. Rich in zinc, magnesium, and plant-based protein for sustained energy!
Ingredients:
- 12 chocolate dates with almonds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions:
- Process all ingredients in a food processor until combined.
- Press firmly into a lined 8x8 inch pan.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Cut into 8 bars.
