Description: A healthier take on peanut butter cups, these treats use our chocolate dates as the shell and are filled with creamy almond butter for a satisfying sweet treat. Only 95 calories per cup!

Ingredients:

  • 8 chocolate dates
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • Mini muffin liners

Instructions:

  1. Flatten each date slightly.
  2. Add 1 tsp almond butter to the center.
  3. Fold date around the filling.
  4. Place in muffin liners and freeze for 1 hour.
