Description: A healthier take on peanut butter cups, these treats use our chocolate dates as the shell and are filled with creamy almond butter for a satisfying sweet treat. Only 95 calories per cup!
Ingredients:
- 8 chocolate dates
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- Mini muffin liners
Instructions:
- Flatten each date slightly.
- Add 1 tsp almond butter to the center.
- Fold date around the filling.
- Place in muffin liners and freeze for 1 hour.
