Date Coconut Balls Recipe

Description: Tropical-inspired energy balls combining cashew dates with shredded coconut and coconut oil. These naturally sweet treats transport you to paradise with every bite!

Ingredients:

  • 10 chocolate dates with cashews
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Process all ingredients until sticky.
  2. Roll into balls.
  3. Coat with extra shredded coconut.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
